The Windmill barbecue pans are high-quality cast iron casseroles, supplied with a matching cast iron lid. The inside of the lid features a textured dot pattern, which distributes moisture evenly throughout the dish. This ensures extra tender and juicy results.
Thanks to their flat base, sturdy handles, and raised-rim lids, these pans are ideal for barbecue use. Pair the pan with our Large or Small stainless steel lid knob to place charcoal on the lid, creating an additional heat source—perfect for slow cooking or oven-baked meals outdoors.
