Free delivery

All DroomHout products in the webshop include VAT and free delivery throughout the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands). Shipping costs are always included in the price unless otherwise stated for the specific product. We also ship worldwide with transparent rates for the Benelux, Europe, and the rest of the world. You can also choose to pick up your purchase from us in Utrecht. We offer a 10% discount for pickup, how great is that? In that case, you'll often receive your order sooner.

When picking up your furniture, please bring some blankets and/or a ratchet strap for transport. We're happy to help with loading, but the furniture is generally unpacked. For very heavy furniture like large tables or countertops, we ask that you arrange for some extra help. Furniture we sell is usually delivered disassembled, while furniture we make ourselves is usually delivered assembled. If you have any questions about this or would prefer a different approach, please let us know.

You do not have to pay anything

No deposit is required for any standard products in the webshop! Simply order and pay at the door. Easy and secure. Please note: for custom orders or deliveries from third parties, we always require a deposit.

Fast and safe

Your personal data and other confidential information are in safe hands with DroomHout and can only be viewed and/or modified by you. Your iDEAL payment is processed through a secure web environment of ABN AMRO bank.

So you can shop for that new interior easily and completely securely at DroomHout. Simply pay once your order arrives. No hassle with a deposit, bank transfer, or different amounts. Nice and clear and transparent. Still confused? Feel free to ask us.

Customization = exception

Are you having something custom-made by us? In that case, we ask you to pay a 50% deposit, and you'll pay the remaining 50% upon delivery or pickup. Shipping costs are often listed separately so you know exactly what to expect.

Custom transport rates and other

If not included in the price (read: for custom work and other goods that cannot be ordered through the webshop and/or are otherwise excluded from free delivery), these are our shipping rates:

• 1-man standard - Delivery without installation up to the first door - € 125.00 incl. VAT
• 2-person premium - DreamHout with on-site assembly - from €195.00 including VAT

Standard one-man transport is included in the price for almost all standard webshop items. You can also upgrade to premium two-man delivery upon request and for an additional fee. Feel free to ask us about the options; we're happy to help you get your DroomHout order to you as quickly, affordably, and safely as possible.

All online DroomHout products that we make ourselves are usually ready for collection or shipment (immediately) within approximately 1-4 weeks.

These delivery times are indicative, provided the product is actually in stock at the supplier and/or can be produced. If a delivery time differs after you place your order, we will notify you immediately.
