Do you want to exchange or return a product? It's easy and
quickly in three steps,
You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to you within 14 working days after receipt of the return shipment.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Please send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the
Returns form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code.
As a broadcaster, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3 : Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
will be back in your bank account within five working days.
