The sauté pan is characterized by its high rim. This makes it easy to shake the food without it falling out. The two sturdy handles on either side make the pan easy to pick up. It has no handle, making it a perfect fit for a barbecue. The sauté pan is versatile, serving as a cast iron wok or paella pan, for example.
A nice bonus is that the pan is designed to fit our 6qt and 9qt Dutch oven lids. This means you can also use the Dutch oven lids on this sauté pan and heat your dish from above. The Windmill sauté pan is also compatible with the Weber GBS System.
