The YAKINIKU, which means "grilled meat" in Japanese, is a Kamado grill based on a traditional Japanese design. The oval shape of the Kamado grill ensures good air circulation. With the easy-to-adjust oxygen supply, you have complete control over the temperature in your YAKINIKU. This allows you to grill meat at high temperatures and cook it at low temperatures. Made of 33mm thick ceramic, the YAKINIKU retains heat better than other Kamado grills, resulting in 50 to 70 percent less charcoal consumption than an open barbecue. These luxurious black Kamado grills are weatherproof and offer easy operation for professional results. The 11-inch YAKINIKU has a 28cm grilling surface and is crafted from high-quality ceramic combined with cordierite and quartz. All components are made of stainless steel, while the bamboo handles ensure safe handling. With a chimney hood and a wide ash pan, this Kamado is well-equipped for your culinary adventures, unaffected by rain.
